Macaron is a meringue based sweet confectionary. Largely made from egg-whites and ground almonds. From time-tested flavors, like raspberry and chocolate, to the seasonal and eclectic, such as pumpkin and violet flower, Cecile Cannone and our pastry chefs are dedicated to pleasing your taste buds with our sinfully delicious Macarons. Macarons are produced through a combination of major ingredients of the icing sugar, ground almonds and egg whites called 'almond meringue. Almond meringue perfect is flanked by filling (essentially) a wide variety of tastes and with just a one bites you will be able to feel the crunchy of the Macaron and therein skin feeling supple but will quickly melt in the mouth with the fillings.Believe it !!
