Normally, the macaron will expand a bit when baked. Displayed here is the approximate (variance between 5%-10%) size the macaron will be achieved after baking.


3) WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

    Minimum order for macaron is one dozen  (12 pieces). 
    Minimum order for cup cake is one dozen of macarons (6 pieces).
    You may select from our catalog. 

4) I HAVE SPECIAL REQUEST OR ORDER DIFFERENT TYPE OF MACARONS.

If you have special request/order, do not hesitate to contact us for a quotation.

5) HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT? (FOLLOW THE STEPS)

1. Payment is due within 3 days upon order confirmation, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
2. Bank in or Transfer to Maybank Account (CASA DE MACARON)
3. After make a payment, PLEASE text or whatsapp at 011-12755807 and include reference number and copy of your transaction receipt.
4. Orders will only be processed once FULL payment is received.

We make postage at Peninsular Malaysia ONLY

Our Cafe (Casa de Macaron)

Hai and Assalammualaikum..

Introducing Casa de Macaroons, a macarons cafe that serves you variety flavours of delicious macarons that will make you have an exciting feelings when you eat it. Casa de macarons use an elegant cafe concept that surely give a relaxing atmosphere for customers besides provided wifi.

Our cafe located at No 15, Setia Tropika (Jalan Setia Tropika 1/15), 81200 Taman Setia Tropika, Johor Bharu and operates for six days a week and close on SUNDAY.

Operation time :  

• Monday - Thursday : 8am to 6 pm                         
• Friday - Saturday : 8am to 11pm

• Normally, the order will be process in 1 to 3 working days after payment. If  there are any technical problems the postage might be extend.
• Minimum order for macaron is one (1) dozen contains 12pieces while minimum order cupcake is 6pieces. Refers to FAQ .
• Discount will be granted for any purchases in large quantity ( like party, wedding and others).

Random facts about Macaroons

Macaron is a meringue based sweet confectionary. Largely made from egg-whites and ground almonds. From time-tested flavors, like raspberry and chocolate, to the seasonal and eclectic, such as pumpkin and violet flower, Cecile Cannone and our pastry chefs are dedicated to pleasing your taste buds with our sinfully delicious Macarons. Macarons are produced through a combination of major ingredients of the icing sugar, ground almonds and egg whites called 'almond meringue. Almond meringue perfect is flanked by filling (essentially) a wide variety of tastes and with just a one bites you will be able to feel the crunchy of the Macaron and therein skin feeling supple but will quickly melt in the mouth with the fillings.Believe it !!

• Dates back to 1533, they were simple cookies back then.
• Was made popular to the general population by famous French pastry shop Ladurée. They were the first to sandwich the cookies and gave it a filling.
• The fancy way of calling the filling is: ganache - like guhnaash not ganaachey or geynaychi

• There is a Macaron day and it is on the 20th of March.

• The word macaron derives from the word macaroni or maccherone which means 'fine dough'.

About Us

Casa de Macaron started as an idea in a conversation while we were spending time together, baking cakes  at Aisyah's home… We were friends since high school and always kept in touch with each others. Each of us  love in baking cake and always enjoyed being creative and love to create our own creations. Syahirra and Amirah, with a background in business management, began baking and creating custom cakes, cupcakes, and also macarons about two years ago. Around the same time, Saida and Aisyah, with a background in education, began making custom cookies from their kitchen. When we meet and exchanged stories about what we were doing, we decided to start working together to create tasty and sweet cakes  for everyone. Besides cakes, we also have interest in making our own brand of macarons since it's our favourites. And so began this new journey, a long time dream of becoming business owners. Our commitment to you is to offer the best customer service. We are passionate about what we do and are so excited to open our doors for you!
